Background: De Quervain's tenosynovitis is a painful and swollen stenosing of the first dorsal compartment wrist. After analysing patient's medical history doing physical examination, diagnosis made. Finkelstein's test almost always positive. Objective: The goal this study was to investigate effectiveness local corticosteroid injections in treatment de tenosynovitis. Material & Methods: enrolled fifty patients with Querven's Tenosynovitis. NSAIDs were provided orally topically all for an average six weeks no obvious improvement. Using visual analogue scale, it determined how much soreness would be felt pain during Finkelstein test. edoema removed by injecting mixture 1 mL (10 mg) triamcinolone-acetonide 1% lidocain hydrochloride into affected wrist's compartment. They subsequently examined every two twenty-four weeks. triamcinolone acetonide injection, discomfort on radial side wrist alleviated, negative done. Results: mean age among 36.6 years 12.4 SD. maximum 60 minimum 25 old. duration symptoms 4-8 observed, value 6 1.4 as SD recorded 4 8 duration. At start week appearance score 6.44 1.6 8. Pain at 0.66 As per independent t-test p less than 0.05 so significant statistically. Conclusion: One or steroid can give considerable inflammation alleviation people
